Fits very snugly and is super solid build quality. It provides that extra tension on my back to help me get a better workout in with heavier weight. I love this for squatting because my back has issues and with this I’m able to lift without any issues!

I wanted to buy a dipping belt for quite some time now and I chose this one, and I couldn’t be more proud for my option. It has a thick backside which will secure it will stay in place and a long chain which can be wrapped twice around the weight plates so it can hold more weight. I have already used it for weighted dips and pull ups and it can hold 50kg easily. A really good and economic choice. Totally recommend it.

I have a 33 inch waist, very normal for a man. Still when I place the rings through my weights they will touch my private parts or be too close for comfort. If you have the type of weights they use in gyms with holes in the top that let you grab it then it’s fine, if its holes in the middle the chain is a bit short. I personally extended it with a heavy duty clip.Fits fine however and is comfortable. A bit big in that from top to bottom it is quite large but its ok.

This belt keeps my lower back safe! I really noticed the difference when I tried deadlifting and squatting beltless after using this belt. Additionally, it allows me to push my core into it in the front, helping me keep my core tight through these exercises. Great product!

This skates sports dipping belt comes with 2 carabiners. It is easy to use because it lets you put the weights on and off fast enough and it seems very trustworthy.What I like the most is that it has the shape and size for ideal back support for me.Its size I’d say is medium.Overall 5 stars worthy of my money spent!

So far have tested 50kg on mine and hasn’t caused no defects however I have been told that the clip at times can dig into leg giving discomfort to my clients when lifting over 25kg! (selected few).* Metal can also have slight sharp texture when unclipping a sufficient amount of weight. This will depend on your waist size!

Great belt for beginner lifters that don’t yet require the full support of a leather belt. Held up very well until I started lifting a little above 405 on deadlift. Besides that, I highly recommend this belt for overhead press work.

This is perfect. Can’t fault, nice and comfy and decent length chain. Used for dips and pull ups with a 10kg 1” plate but would be fine with Olympic plates. Looks sturdy and I bet has many years in it.
