I use them for deadlifts and really like them. My father has also used them and was able to perform more reps than usual on deadlifts. Also, I borrowed them to a friend at the gym and She loved them and asked me to order a pair for her :)Definitely worth the money and much better than the straps I used to wear at the gym!

The “tongue” could be a bit longer. I need to spend an extra second or two making sure that the tongue is right round the bar and in the correct place which is annoying, but ensures a better grip on the bar and more support.
