These ankle straps are exactly what I was looking for! They feel so protective of your ankle with the padding and they’re easy to manoeuvre around your ankle in between sets if you don’t want to unbuckle them to change the position. I was looking at other brands and they were all more expensive

Used this for one week — one set of 12 reps. I heard a ripping sound halfway through my set of cable kickbacks, but I thought it was the Velcro coming undone, so I paused to readjust the Velcro. When I went to switch to my other leg and looked down, I saw that this one had ripped! I am not a heavy or strong person (55kg, kicking only a 10kg load). See pictures; don’t buy,

I don’t think I could have gotten through quarantine without these. They are fantastic! Sturdy and versatile. I’ve been able to maintain my gains for two months and I have a ton of muscle. Well worth the money. Buy them!

The product has a reasonably stiff cuff and transfers the load effectively over a wide area; other competing products appeared to be made of soft neoprene that could concentrate the load less comfortably. There was a little flaking of the chrome plating at the edge of one of the D rings and this would have caused early wear of the webbing. However it was easy to smooth down with a small file. Overall I am happy with this product and the value for money.

One of the cuffs turned up with the Velcro on so it can’t be done up, can a replacement be shipped out?

Comfortable. I wish the hooks swivel direction so I didn’t have to turn for each different exercise. They are very thick/wide. I wonder if they could be thinner/ less bulky!

Very good quality, comfortable ankle straps. Had a problem with one of them where the Velcro was fixed onto them the wrong way round on just one of them, however customer support quickly replied about this and got a new one sent out straight away so please don’t let this put you off as I’m sure it happens with the manufacturing of any product. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing more items from skates sports. Thank you x
